My designs for the Umbro Collaboration project with another Iconic brand Gio Goi.
Bringing both Manchester icons together in a fusion of key influences in both brands into something truly unique. The collection features football shirts, drill pieces, t-shirts & hats in shades of blue, white, mustard & purple, inspired by the early escapades of Gio-Goi co-founders and brothers Anthony & Christopher Donnelly.
Designs reference 1980s & 1990s Manchester acid house & electronic music movement with rave-inspired colour prints. Nautical salutes take inspiration from Manchester Docks where some of Manchester’s #underground Rave’s took place. Featuring quality fabrications embroideries and high frequency printing creates a true vintage aesthetic meets modern UK streetwear style. A great project to bring to life - a lot of design detail went into the collection.
